Undeniably a good drink

They sell it at the grocery store and you would never think it would be good.  Turns out, this drink is so good.  It's cheap too.  Only $1.99 per pouch and it tastes great.  Pop it in the freezer for a few hours and then just squeeze it into a cup and viola...you have yourself a drink.  It comes pre made with the alcohol already in it.  I do have to say that the Pina Colada flavor is the best though.

I've been getting my stash from either Walmart or Hannaford's.  It's about $.02 cheaper at Walmart.

Always fresh

I usually get my hair cut every 2 weeks but this time I waited 3 weeks before I finally went.  It was driving me crazy but the wait was worth it.  I usually get 3 steps on the right side.  This time, I got designs on both sides.  Check out the pictures below.  Let me know what you think!

Internet radio station

So I am thinking of starting an internet radio station.  I need some thoughts on this as to which programs, equipment, and sites to use.  I was looking Nicecast.  By the way...I'm on a mac so equipment/programs have to be Mac friendly :)  All comments are appreciated.  Thanks!!!

Olympus epl2 vs. Panasonic GF2

I used to own the Panasonic GF1 but I sold it because I didn't think I was getting much use out of it.  Now that I don't have it, I miss it and am considering getting a new one.  The question I have now is...epl 2 or GF2???  I've never owned an Olympus camera so I've been reading some reviews on the camera.  They seem to have a pretty good reputation but the one down side of the camera is that it doesn't come with the pancake lens.

The Panasonic GF2 comes with the option of getting the camera with either the pancake lens or the zoom lens.  I of course want the pancake lens.  I also like the feature of the special shooting modes that the epl 2 offers.  

On the other hand, I've previously owned a Panasonic camera and I know the quality of the pictures.  I loved the way the GF1 worked but I have not tried out the GF2.  I personally don't care for the new touch screen features that these cameras are coming out with.  I prefer a camera that has extra features and takes a lot of frames per second.  I do think the design of the GF2 is a bit more sleek looking and it looks less bulky than the epl 2.

The Hunger Games

I received the first book to The Hunger Games trilogy for Christmas so I decided to read it.  I found it extremely easy to read and before I knew it, I was finished with the book.  (I read it in less than 3 days and only reading for about an hour each day)  Needless to say, I couldn't wait to get my hands on book two, Catching Fire.  I found this book to be good as well but not quite as good as the first.  The thing with book two is that it leaves you on such a cliffhanger that you can't wait to get the third and final book, Mockingjay.  The last book brings everything together but it was definitely not as good as the previous books.  I was a little disappointed with how the story ends.  Overall, I give this series an 8 out of 10.  You should definitely pick a copy up and read it before the movie comes out in March!

A Million Questions to a Million Dollar Blog

I've come up with a simple idea to try to make 1 million dollars.  Do I need 1 million??? No...absolutely not, but who wouldn't like it right?!?  I do need to come up with something to help me through school though.  One year left!!!

The idea is simple.  You donate $1.00 and can ask any question you want.  It could be anything from just a general question, a homework problem, to advise.  My team consists of Paula B. and myself.  I've got to tell you though, Paula is known for giving some of the best advise in our city and I of course(being in college and all) am pretty smart.  Any donation amount is greatly appreciated but in order for the question-answer part, a $1.00 donation must be made.

Who doesn't have an extra buck to spare right? Give it a shot and hey, you may really love the answer you get and return for some more!

Sony PS3 vs. Microsoft XBox

I am the proud owner of the Sony PS3 but lately I have been debating on getting an XBox.  I don't really know too much about the XBox but I hear a lot of great things about it.  In the past, I have used my PS3 to mostly watch movies.  I just started to play games on it.  I got Modern Warfare 3 for Christmas and have been addicted to it ever since.  My brother also got the game but he has it for the XBox.  I tried playing it on his system and I did notice that the controller is much more difficult to use than the one for the PS3.  I also like the fact that to play online it is free with the Playstation.  Besides these simple fact, I don't really now too much more about either system.  I need some help!!!
